It's impossible to pick the best juicer. There is not a juicer on the market that is best at both fruit and vegetable juices. Instead, you need to decide what you need from your juicer. If you want fresh orange juice every morning, your best juicer will be different than someone who wants carrot juice. No matter what kind of juicer you decide on, go with a high end model. The low end models are noisier, are harder to clean, and extract less juice.
If you want citrus juice as well as vegetable juices, it's best to buy a citrus juicer as well as a more mainstream one. For your main juicer, decide if you want to juice both fruits and vegetables, or if you are more interested in vegetables. Also decide if you want to be able to juice wheatgrass, as only some models have this feature.
