Wall Ovens

 

If counter space is important, or if you want a larger oven, consider purchasing a wall oven for your kitchen.  A high end oven will have more than just the bake and broil functions.  Look for one that has convection capabilities as well.  Other desirable functions, such as rotisserie, might also be included.

One of the benefits of the wall oven is that it can be at the height most comfortable for you.  It can fit in seamlessly with the rest of your kitchen.  Wall ovens can be more difficult to install than floor units, so be sure to have installation prepared when you purchase your oven. 

If you enjoy entertaining or have a large family, consider getting a dual oven.  This will allow you to heat the main course while keeping the vegetables warm above.
