Privacy policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

HighEndKitchenAppliances.com ("we", "us") is a content site about luxury kitchen appliances. You can read every page without giving us any personal information. This policy explains the small amount of data we do collect, why we collect it, and who sees it.

The short version

• You can browse the site anonymously.
• Analytics are optional, and we use them only to understand which pages are useful.
• When you click a retailer link, we log the click anonymously.
• Your Kitchen Suite Matcher answers are stored anonymously.
• If you request a quote, we share your details only with up to three authorized dealers near you, and only because you asked.
• We don't sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Analytics (optional)

With your consent, we use analytics to measure things like page views, how visitors find us, which device type and browser they use, and roughly where they are (country or region). We use this information in aggregate to improve our content. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in our footer, and the site works the same either way.

Affiliate click logs

When you click a link to a retailer, we record which link was clicked, the page it was on and when. These logs are anonymous: they don't include your name, email or other details that identify you. We use them to understand which retailers readers prefer and to reconcile commissions.

When you arrive at a retailer's site, that retailer may set its own cookies to credit the sale to us. Those cookies are governed by the retailer's privacy policy, not ours.

Kitchen Suite Matcher answers

The Kitchen Suite Matcher asks about your cooking style, fuel preference, look, kitchen size, budget and priorities. We store your answers anonymously, without your name or contact details, to improve the tool's recommendations. If you choose to request a quote from your Matcher results, we include your suite with your quote request only with your permission.

Quote requests

When you use our quote form, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your ZIP code
• your phone number (optional)
• your project details, such as the appliances you're considering, your timeline and your budget

We use your ZIP code to find authorized dealers near you.

How we share your information

We share quote request information only with up to three authorized dealers near you, and only when you submit a quote request. We tell you which dealers received it. Each dealer may contact you by email, and by phone only if you gave us a phone number, to discuss your project and send package pricing.

Once a dealer receives your request, its own privacy policy governs how it uses your information. Dealers may pay us for these introductions, as explained in our affiliate disclosure.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with brands, advertisers or data brokers. We may share information with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting and email delivery, under contracts that restrict them to providing those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and to remember your preferences, such as your cookie consent choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you consent. Retailers you visit through our links may set their own cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to deliver them to dealers and handle follow-up questions, and then delete or anonymize them. Anonymous click logs, Matcher answers and aggregate analytics may be kept longer because they don't identify you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@highendkitchenappliances.com with your request and the email address you used on our quote form. We'll confirm your request and respond within a reasonable time, and within any timeline your state's privacy law requires.

Deleting your information from our records doesn't delete copies already sent to dealers at your request. We'll tell you which dealers received your request so you can contact them directly, and on request we'll ask them to delete it too.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor those requests through the same email address.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning kitchen projects. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we'll post a notice on the site.
