These terms govern your use of HighEndKitchenAppliances.com, including our articles, the Kitchen Suite Matcher and our quote service. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our content is information, not professional advice

We publish independent, research-based information about luxury kitchen appliances. Our content is general guidance to help you shortlist products. It isn't professional design, electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation or construction advice. We haven't tested the appliances we cover hands-on; our ratings are editorial estimates, as explained in our methodology.

Always confirm dimensions, cut-outs, electrical and gas requirements, ventilation needs and installation specs with the manufacturer and your installer before you order appliances or cabinets.

Prices, specs and promotions change

We work to keep our information accurate and re-check it regularly, but manufacturers change models, specs, prices, warranties and promotions without notice. List prices on our site are approximate and for comparison only. We don't sell appliances and can't guarantee any price, availability, rebate or promotion. The retailer or dealer you buy from sets the final price and terms.

Installation and safety

Luxury appliances often require professional installation, dedicated electrical circuits, gas connections, water lines, ductwork and, in some areas, makeup air. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and local building codes, and use qualified, licensed professionals. We're not responsible for installation, code compliance or any damage or injury that results from installing or using an appliance.

The Kitchen Suite Matcher

The Matcher gives automated suggestions based on the answers you provide and the data in our product database. Its results are a starting point, not a quote, a guarantee of fit, or a substitute for measuring your space and consulting a designer or dealer.

Quote requests and dealers

When you request a package quote, we pass your project details to up to three authorized dealers near you, as described in our privacy policy. Dealers are independent businesses. We're not a party to any conversation, quote, sale, delivery, installation or service agreement between you and a dealer, and we're not responsible for their pricing, products, conduct or performance. Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation to buy.

Please provide accurate information and only submit a request for yourself or with the permission of the person you're submitting for.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

Our site links to retailers, manufacturers and other third-party websites, and some of those links earn us a commission, as explained in our affiliate disclosure. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your purchases from retailers are governed by their terms.

The text, ratings, graphics, tools and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or create derivative products from our content or data without written permission. Don't misuse the site. That includes submitting false or spam quote requests, attempting to access systems or data you're not authorized to access, interfering with the site's operation, or using automated tools to collect our content.

Limitation of liability

Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to $100.
