It lists around $3,999 (down from a $4,399 list at one major retailer) and does something most rivals can't: hot and cold extraction, so it brews true cold-brew-style coffee on demand. Add a P.R.G.2+ product-recognizing grinder, 51 specialties and Wi-Fi Connect included. One flag: Seattle Coffee Gear showed it sold out on October 7, 2026, so check stock.

Design and build of the Jura Z10
The Z10 is 32 cm wide, 36.3 cm tall and 47 cm deep (about 12.6 x 14.3 x 18.5 inches), and weighs 12.3 kg. That's compact for a flagship, though the depth means it sits near the front edge of a standard 24-inch counter, so check clearance under upper cabinets. Finishes are aluminum black and aluminum white, and the illuminated 2.4 L water tank is a nice touch on a dark counter.
It's listed as made in Switzerland, and Jura's styling is the most appliance-like of the super-automatics: clean, metal and minimal.
Performance on paper
Cold extraction is the headline. Instead of pouring hot espresso over ice, the Z10 extracts cold, which produces a smoother, less bitter iced drink. If you drink iced coffee all summer, that alone separates it from the Jura E8 and most built-ins.
The P.R.G.2+ grinder has 7 levels and changes the grind automatically for each drink, finer for espresso and coarser for long coffee, with no fiddling. The 15-bar pump is standard, and the fine-foam milk system handles cappuccino and latte macchiato. With 51 specialties, you'll use a handful, but entertaining is easy.
The 280 g bean container holds one bean at a time, so you can't switch to decaf without emptying it.
Who it's for (and who should skip it)
Buy it if you want top-tier push-button coffee, drink iced coffee often, and prefer a countertop machine you can replace in five or ten years without new cabinetry.
Skip it if you mainly drink hot espresso and cappuccino; the Jura E8 covers that for about $1,400 less. If you want to learn espresso by hand, a Breville Oracle Jet or Lelit Bianca will be more rewarding. Not sure which style fits? Try our coffee finder.
A practical tip on placement: super-automatics need daily access to the drip tray, grounds container, milk system and tank, so leave a few inches around the machine and avoid tucking it deep into an appliance garage where you'll skip the cleaning prompts.
Price, warranty and service
Expect about $3,999, though prices vary by authorized dealer. Jura's warranty is 2 years. Super-automatics need regular descaling and cleaning, and more automated parts mean more potential service needs, so buy from a dealer that offers repair support. The Jura GIGA 10 at $5,499 is the step-up.

Our verdict
The Jura Z10 is the best-equipped countertop super-automatic here, and cold extraction is the reason to buy it over cheaper models. At about $3,999 it's priced like a built-in, and it holds only one bean. Buy it for iced coffee and polish; buy the E8 if you drink only hot coffee.

Questions about the Jura Z10 Automatic Coffee Machine
Does the Jura Z10 make cold brew?
It makes cold-extracted coffee on demand, which Jura positions as cold brew. Instead of steeping for hours, it extracts with cold water at the touch of a button. Results won't be identical to 18-hour cold brew, but it's far smoother than espresso poured over ice.
Is the Jura Z10 worth it over the Jura E8?
Only if you'll use cold extraction or want the automatic P.R.G.2+ grinder and included Wi-Fi. The E8 covers hot espresso and milk drinks with 17 one-touch options for about $2,599 to $2,799. For hot-only households, the E8 is the better value.
Where can I buy the Jura Z10?
Jura sells through authorized retailers. Seattle Coffee Gear lists it at $3,999 but showed it sold out on October 7, 2026, and Jura's US product page was unavailable when we checked. Check several authorized dealers and confirm warranty support before buying.
